Return and Refund Policy

We like to make sure you are always happy and love your purchase and sometimes things can be adjusted so maybe just talk to us at sales@ginagoldcreations first, otherwise YES we can refund your purchase, unless it is pierced items like earrings etc...

Terms of return 14days once we have recieved the item i.e signed for it.
State of return (e.g. unworn)item must be in pristine condition
Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service) email us with your concern
Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)refund will be refunded the same way you paid for the item less postage
Contact details leave your details with us which we already have in your order or update us.
